The bottom line is that this isn’t the best Android experience out there, but it’s ultimately a matter of taste. It is also running the latest software version and should do for another year or two. If our Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro review hasn’t convinced you that this is the phone you want, here are three more phones to consider.

The realme 8 Pro‘s Snapdragon 720G chipset might not impress, but the 108MP camera will. The design is also fetching, and the phone includes 50W charging support. In a sea of similar devices, the X3 Pro is laser-focused on performance and there is a noticeable skew in the spec sheet towards that end. The Snapdragon 860 chipset powering the phone gives it a considerable leg-up over other phones in the segment. So if you have no problem with its decent camera setup, you can go with this mobile in 2022 because it comes under a 20k budget with flagship killer performances. In India, the Poco X3 comes with an extra-large 6000mAh battery

But when we move indoors the colors tend to look a bit flat. While gaming the handset got a bit warm but we didn’t notice any frame drops or major heating during the session.

  • The 8MP Ultrawide as expected does not retain a ton of details but when it comes to backlit scenarios, then X3 Pro starts to struggle.
  • Android 11, running Xiaomi’s MIUI 12 skin by default.
  • It’s currently the most powerful Qualcomm chipset available under 20k and Poco bundles ample LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.1 storage to back it up.
  • Having said that 5G rollout is still slow in a lot of countries.
